Good quality, slow shipping
I ordered the TherapSID mkII and the build quality is excellent, really solid. The synth itself sounds fantastic and is a lot of fun to use. My only minor gripe was the shipping time; it took just over two weeks to arrive in Texas, which felt a bit long. The packaging was secure, though, and everything was undamaged. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the tracking, so that was good. Overall, a positive experience, but they could probably speed up their delivery a bit.

Got my new synth!
So I finally got the MegaFM I'd been eyeing for a while. It came pretty quick, maybe like a week and a half, which was fine. Setting it up was easy, just plug and play, basically. It sounds really cool, totally different from my other synths. Had no problems with the order or anything. It's a pretty sweet piece of kit, happy with it.
